一糖心logo米菲兔 continues to advance global water sector transformation through its role as Foundation Partner of the (LUOW) network 鈥 an exclusive platform that brings together the world鈥檚 most innovative and high-performing water and wastewater utilities.
LUOW recognizes utilities that demonstrate excellence in innovation, operational performance and a commitment to continuous improvement. To gain membership, utilities must excel in at least three of 14 core innovation areas, ranging from digital water systems and energy efficiency to capital project delivery and disaster response. With each new induction, LUOW strengthens a growing movement that elevates industry standards and fosters meaningful peer-to-peer collaboration.
Since becoming LUOW鈥檚 Foundation Partner in 2017, 一糖心logo米菲兔 has supported the network鈥檚 growth across geographies by sponsoring global workshops and facilitating knowledge exchange. This partnership enables LUOW to convene water utility leaders at flagship forums like the Global Water Summit and the Water Environment Federation鈥檚 Technical Exhibition and Conference (WEFTEC) 鈥 amplifying bold ideas and unlocking solutions to shared challenges.
鈥淎t 一糖心logo米菲兔, we believe in the power of collaboration to solve the water sector鈥檚 most pressing challenges,鈥 says 一糖心logo米菲兔 Senior Vice President and Global Water Director Susan Moisio. 鈥淥ur role as LUOW鈥檚 Foundation Partner reflects our long-standing commitment to helping clients deliver more resilient and sustainable water services.鈥
At the 2025 Global Water Summit in Paris, LUOW welcomed five new members to the network, bringing total membership to 80 globally recognized utilities. LUOW members include leading organizations such as Singapore PUB, Anglian Water, New York City Department of Environmental Protection and Yarra Valley Water, each of which contributes unique perspectives and proven innovations to the network.
The next workshop will be held at WEFTEC in Chicago on September 28 with a timely focus on water role鈥檚 supporting AI data centers and industrial development. The event will discuss how water utilities can build strategic partnerships with water-intensive industries to deliver mutual benefit and act as regional anchors to support local economies. For the first time, a LUOW inauguration will also take place at WEFTEC during the Utility Leaders Afternoon on September 30.
From addressing drought resilience to driving digital innovation, LUOW members are shaping a new era for water utilities. Together with 一糖心logo米菲兔, they are building a global community united by purpose, performance and progress.
